Price and reservation information

The prices quoted are per person including breakfast.
Can be booked individually: Silentium dinner à la carte, we cook for you 3 - 4 days a week. Further information is available on request (not included in the price).
Deposit:
After a successful reservation, 30% of the total price is due immediately.
Arrival and departure:
- Your accommodation will be ready for occupancy from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
- For arrivals after 18:00, we kindly ask you to notify us.
- On the day of departure, your room will be available to you until 10:00.
Cancellation fees:
- In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is due.
- To avoid these costs, we recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
- Information required in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council Platform of the European Commission for the online settlement of consumer disputes (ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Occupancy:
Our double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy.
In addition to the list price, we charge an additional €50.00/day as a single room surcharge.
Private Chalet:
If available, the entire house can be booked as a single unit, including all four accommodations.
Additional details:
- The Silentium is an adults-only chalet.
- It is open all year round.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The Silentium is in a historic building, therefore our premises is not barrier-free and the rooms can only be reached via stairs.

The guest house is the ideal starting point for countless activities.
Hiking trails, both winter and summer, can be found right on your doorstep.

Snowshoeing directly from the Rainstallerhof.
Cross-country skiing: The more than 100 km long cross-country ski trail in Val Pusteria is only a few hundred metres away.
Skiing in three ski resorts: Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Plan de Corones (accessible via the Val Pusteria Ski Express), as well as Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Explore Val di Braies with Lago di Braies and one of the most beautiful high plateaus of South Tyrol – Pratopiazza (2,000 m).
Pssst... an insider tip: Directly behind the premises, hiking trail no. 2 leads to the famous Lago de Braies.
Cycling on the Val Pusteria cycle path (only a few hundred metres from the chalet).
Gentle peaks in Valle di Casies, high-altitude tours in the Vedrette di Ries area in Valle di Anterselva, and hiking and climbing the rugged, steep cliffs of the Dolomiti di Sesto.
